‘I love the structure of the plan as well as the extra support that comes from the group of us all training at the same time, and the support and advice from Ben and Mary’ - Rob (Class 1)
Train for a race using a fully interactive & guided plan for every level of runner (and never train alone again)
We’re always training for a race and we realised, hey why don’t we train WITH people and guide them along the way as best we can. With that in mind we created 3 Marathon Training plans for Spring Marathons that are available here until January.
But due to the popularity of our first plans (over 100 people in Class 1 of the Marathon Training Plans) we’ve decided to run an Autumn Marathon Training Series AND a Spring Half Marathon Series (as well as 10k, 5k and couch to 5k eventually). The Autumn Plans (Class 2) opened for signup on 1st April 2024 and we currently have over 100 athletes training for their Autumn Marathon! Class 3 (Spring Marathons 2025 will open for sign up later in the year.
The Plans cost £60 for the Marathon but the value is not in the plans as such. On top of that you’ll get entry in to a private facebook group with other runners training on the same plan (great accountability), you’ll get a weekly live YouTube check-in (and the opportunity to pre-submit any questions you might have and interact on the day) and a fully interactive and adaptable training plan. We have also set up Strava groups and are creating a full eco system for people who want to hang around after their first race is done.
Rather than send you a PDF file we’re creating the plans in google sheets so that we can continually edit, update and improve throughout the process so you’ll always have access to the latest information.
So for the cost of less than a Starbucks Latte per week, you get all of this. We really think we can help so many of you fulfil your goals.
If you’re not ready yet but want to find out more, then make sure you sign up for our MessHap Mail below.
If you’re up for an Spring Marathon 2025 then all of the information you need to decide which one is right for you then click the boxes to the right.
Our aim is to provide the absolute best quality of plan that will help you toe the line. So your feedback is crucial. Every bit of feedback will help us make your experience the best. Let’s all train together.
‘The plan itself is challenging but seems tailored to me at the same time. I mean this is just short of a personal coach’ - Christian (Class 1)
HALF MARATHON PLANS - USE CODE DISCOUNT25 TO GET THE PLANS FOR HALF PRICE!
Hot on the heels of the Spring Marathon Plans we decided that we could help a lot of people out by creating 5 different Half Marathon Plans. Again, they are all slightly different with different sessions, volumes, intensities and days training. We really believe that it covers as many bases as possible so there should definitely be a plan for everyone. Use the code Discount25 at checkout to get the plans for £25 not £50.
The plans are 13 weeks in length with a free (and optional) 4 week prep block if you believe you’re near to the starting criteria of a particular plan but just need a little extra time. These prep blocks should get you over the line and in to the plan.
The plans are now £25 but, unlike our free plans and many other plans out there on the market, this is where the relationship STARTS not ends. Because we have created interactive groups on social media to help guide you as well. That’s where the real value lies. Also the plans are guided and interactive themselves with linked videos to explain concepts, sessions and strength and conditioning exercises!
And if you simply want a FREE plan, then we’ve got you covered as well. Just head to the training plans section of this website and take what plan best suits you. They’re not as bespoke and have no live weekly guidance BUT they do a job and over a million views later on YouTube are still doing one.
So all you have to do now is decide which plan is for you, and get going! (and be sure to check your junk mail if you do purchase a plan as the first email sometimes ends up there)
